Here is the dragon design request for soundlesscry 
Who wanted a dragon based on the jewel sapphire. Blue in colour. Quiet and withdrawn personality. A she. And she likes music from the soul as much as the sky
Hope you like it. Sorry that one of the headfeathers look weird, because the ink was grossing al over the paper.

Its headfeathers turn in to hair along the neck and the tail feathers to.
There are feathers on the upside of the wings and she has a necklace and bracelet on her right arm inspired of music. 
Her element is air. I hope the design fits with her personality
